HUBERMAN LAB
I was recently blown away by a podcast sent to me by a friend. It was full of surprising and actionable content. As a designer, I kept thinking about the benefits of presenting the content in a visual format, like a study guide or cheat sheet. After listening to the podcast several times, taking notes, and experimenting with different ways to organize and illustrate the concepts; this is the outcome. To be clear, this guide was not made in association with or endorsed by the Huberman Lab. I urge you to listen to the original podcast on YouTube. This guide only highlights some of the content presented and serves as more of an overview for those who have listened to the podcast.
GARY BATES
Gary Bates is an artist, educator and arts administrator. While developing the website, it was important to make sure the paintings and drawings translated well online. While images of art can appear flat online, we created an illusion of depth to bring out the true beauty of the work. The color palette and simplicity of the website allows the artwork to be the visual focus.
