I was recently blown away by a podcast sent to me by a friend. It was full of surprising and actionable content. As a designer, I kept thinking about the benefits of presenting the content in a visual format, like a study guide or cheat sheet. After listening to the podcast several times, taking notes, and experimenting with different ways to organize and illustrate the concepts; this is the outcome. This guide only highlights some of the content presented and serves as more of an overview for those who have listened to the podcast.
